Painting with Sam

I was able to spend an entire day with my Little Man yesterday. When I asked him what he wanted to do - he said he wanted to paint. Usually when we paint get out a canvas and a bunch of acrylic paint and we go out in the driveway, set up easels, and paint for hours. I teach him how to mix colors, show him what different brushes do, and he tells me to stop it & let him paint 
Yesterday it was dark when he decided he wanted to paint - so we grabbed some watercolors my Mom bought for him instead and painted at his little table in the kitchen.
It was incredibly fun, he made some fabulous artwork, and watching him paint at the table I painted at as a child, the table my Granddaddy built for me - well, that was just priceless.

Sam is SO CUTE!!! He looks like quite the little artist - I’m sure what he did was beautiful. How old is he?
