My Babies…

My little girl is turning 9 next month. She’s growing up so quickly it makes me sad! She decided she wanted to do some photos for her birthday party invitations so we grabbed balloons and headed tot he park. The sky was perfect - big white puffy clouds for most of the time we were there - with dark gray storm clouds making an appearance at the end.
It’s been soooooooooo long since I took my kids out and did a real session with them. It took seeing these to realize that Sam is really not a baby anymore. It made me pretty sad 
My kids hate being photographed - they’re just over it for the most part - so I decided to just take them to play and capture whatever happened, those are always the photos I love the best anyway - them just being them.

This series is “One Day I’ll Be Bigger Than You.” They were racing up and down a huge hill and I love the look on his face the moment he realizes there’s just no way he can win. One day he will win

OMG Melody these are fabulous!! What a beautiful little girl you have! And Sam looks like he is just a big ball of fun. You really captured their personalities! SO CUTE!

I LOVE them! I am going to have to steal this idea for my own kids. I wonder how Noah will look in a dress?
